Find the perfect domain for your project

A domain is your address on the internet, like yourbusiness.com. It is the name people type in the browser to visit your website and the part after the @ in your email addresses. Behind it there is a numeric IP address that is hard to remember, so the domain makes it easy for your customers to find you.

Generic extensions like .com, .net, .org, .online or .store, and country extensions like .es, .de, .fr, .nl, .pl, .co.uk or .eu, among many others. You can see all of them with their prices in the table on this page.

Choose a short name that is easy to say and write, close to your brand or business name. Avoid strange characters and too many hyphens. If your customers are in one country, a country extension can help; if you sell internationally, a .com is usually the best choice.

Yes. WHOIS privacy is free on every extension that allows it and hides your personal details from the public WHOIS. Some country extensions, such as .es, .de, .eu, .uk or .us, do not allow it because of their registry rules; the price table shows it.

Yes. Hosting and WordPress plans that show "free domain" on their card include the registration of one domain free for the first year, on the extensions and billing periods shown on the plan.

Unlock the domain at your current provider and ask for the transfer code (EPP or auth code). Then start the transfer at Cloudoio and enter the code. Most transfers finish within 5 to 7 days and, for most extensions, the transfer adds one more year to your domain.

It depends on the extension. In the price table on this page you can see the registration price for the first year and also the renewal and transfer prices, so there are no surprises later.

We send you an invoice and reminders by email before the expiry date. You can renew for one or more years from your client area, and with automatic payment enabled your domain renews without interruption.

Yes. With any Cloudoio hosting or WordPress plan you can create professional email accounts with your domain, like info@yourbusiness.com.

For most websites, start with web hosting or WordPress hosting. If you need more power or full control, choose a VPS. Not sure? Contact us and we will help you choose.
